Darren Zagrodney - BScPT, MSc, BSc
Darren completed his Bachelor of Physical Therapy at Queen's University, Kingston in the spring of 2002. His physio career began as a patient while swimming at the national level during his teens. Since then his athletic interests have branched out into running, cycling, rock climbing and martial arts, all of which compliment his formal education by providing a great deal of personal experience with injury.
Darren holds certification in Orthopedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy, IMS, and Acupuncture, and has developed a special interest in both balance and movement impairment syndromes. Darren has significant experience with WCB, ICBC, and general population patients. He enjoys helping higher-end athletes stay on their game, but also understands the plight of those struggling to complete their first 10 km run, folks who like to play hard, and the rest of us simply trying to exercise regularly to stay fit.
